Made it possible to assign up to 5 task classes to a task.

In the past, you could only assign up to 3 different task classes to a task. Now, you can add up to 5.

Users can now select to put tasks on hold until a specified date.

In the past, the application let users put tasks on hold but they only had 4 options for the hold time - 1 day, 4 days, 7 days or 10 days. Now users can select the option to specify any date until which the task will be put on hold.

When a branching task appears on the task list, if the user hovers the mouse over the different possible answers, the hover text that appears now includes which checklist will be automatically copied if that option is selected.

Prior to this enhancement, When a branching task appears on the task list, and the user hovered the mouse over the different possible answers, the hover text appeared where a more detailed description of that option can be displayed. The hover text that gets displayed is set up in the checklist branch answers.
My practice in my company, was to include which checklist, if any, would be copied if that option were selected but this approach is inefficient because it required extra effort and if you changed which checklists would be copied, you had to remember to change the description.
With this enhancement, there is no need to enter that information into the hover text field. The hover text will automatically include which checklist will be copied if that option is selected and if no checklist will be copied, it will tell you that too.

Added a field to the checklist branch answers to determine the order in which the different answers will be displayed.

Up until now, the checklist branch answers would just be displayed in whatever order they were created and the user could not change that. With this enhancement, each answer has a field called "Display Order" which will determine the order in which the answers are displayed. This is a numeric field, the answers will be displayed in ascending order and up to 3 digits can be entered. In my organization, I'm numbering mine 10, 20, 30, etc.
This determines the order in which they will be displayed both on the page where you setup and edit the checklist branches and on the tasks on the task list when the possible answers are displayed on a branching task.

When you hover over a job to edit, the hover text now includes the default user assigned to each job.

On the add or edit jobs pages, in the column where it displays the list of all of the jobs for the organization and you can select one to edit, the hover text now includes the name of the organization member currently assigned to that job. This makes it much easier to see rather having to actually select each job to edit it in order to see this.

When you hover over a checklist to edit, the hover text now includes the default user assigned.

On the edit checklists page, in the column where it displays all of the checklists for the organization and you can select a checklist to edit, when you hover over each of the checklists, the hover text now includes the name of the default user assigned to this checklist. This makes it much easier to see as opposed to having the select the checklist to edit it and then going to the checklist settings.

Added additional functionality to the checklist branches feature.

Improved the checklist branches feature so that the user can decide in the checklist branch setup whether or not the checklist name and default user that were entered when the parent checklist was copied should be used when the application automatically copies the branching checklists. In some cases, these will be relevant and you will want to use the same ones, but in other cases they will not be relevant and you will not. You can now enter this independently for each checklist branch answer.
If you select NOT to use the same default user for subsequent checklists being copied, then the application will use the default user for the subsequent checklist that is being copied.

Corrected a bug when setting beginning and ending dates for the number of tasks completed by org members page.

On the page where you can see the number of tasks completed by each member of the organization, you can set the beginning and ending dates to see how many tasks each member completed between those 2 dates. Those dates weren't setting correctly and that bug was corrected.

Added functionality to exclude multiple task names.

For quite a while, you've been able to exclude all tasks with a specific task name from the task list however, you could only exclude the tasks with only ONE task name at a time. With this change, you can now exclude tasks with multiple task names from the task list at the same time.
You can do this by going to the task details of any task with the task name that you want to exclude and click the link that says "Exclude Tasks With This Task Name".

A page was created where managers can view the number of tasks marked complete by org members during a given date range.

For now, it displays the number of tasks MARKED COMPLETE by each member of the organization and it ignores who each of those tasks were assigned to.
Therefore, if a task was assigned to person A and it was marked complete by person B, on this page it will be credited to person B.
To view this page, you must be working in an organization and your user role for the organization you are working in must be Manager or higher.
On the page, you can select the beginning and ending dates of the desired date range and those dates are inclusive.
You can get to it by clicking the dropdown arrow on the right of the Tasks button on the main menu at the top of the page and selecting "Tasks Completed By Org Members".

February 12, 2021 and Before
I made lots and lots of enhancements to the application before now, I just wasn't documenting them and listing them on a page like this.
